Custom stainless steel fittings for ETFE structures are the bespoke machined and formed stainless parts that connect ETFE foil cushions and single-layer sheets to a steel or aluminum frame - edge clamps, corner connectors, pressure bars and anchor eyes, each made to a project's detail. Because ETFE is thin and easily damaged, every contact surface is radiused and deburred, and bolting loads are spread over wide pads instead of pinched at bolts. The fittings hold the transparent foil taut around cushion perimeters and at structural nodes, and they must seal the air line where the cushion is inflated. They are the load-bearing, weather-sealing interface of an ETFE building.
Because ETFE details differ from facade to facade, we customize both the stainless material and the fitting structure to your drawings. You can specify grade (304 for general use, 316L for coastal air) and set the radiused contact profile, pad width, hole pattern and end form; our precision machining, laser cutting and welding lines produce each fitting to that geometry. We can also tune the inner contact face so the thin foil is pressed evenly rather than locally. That material-plus-structure tailoring is what makes the fitting seal and hold ETFE without the point loads that cause foil creep or air loss.

Applications
ETFE cushion atriums. Radiused edge clamps seal the inflated cushion perimeter without locally pinching the foil, maintaining the air line.
Single-layer ETFE skylights. Custom anchor eyes and pressure bars hold the transparent sheet to the frame without piercing it, preserving light transmission.
Refurbishment of existing ETFE facades. Fittings made to the existing profile let contractors replace worn stainless parts while reusing the aluminum frame.
Customization
We manufacture to your ETFE detail drawings: stainless grade, radiused contact profile, pad width, hole pattern and end form. OEM/ODM supported; prototypes welcome.
Packaging & Transportation
All parts are wrapped with custom EPE foam to protect corners and surfaces, then packed in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates for safe international shipment. Trade terms: EXW and FOB.
