Architectural fabric hardware is the broad range of metal fittings that turn a tensioned fabric membrane into an architectural roof or facade - edge clamps, pressure bars, cable anchors, base shoes and corner nodes supplied as a coordinated system. The parts are laser-cut, bent and welded from stainless and machined to consistent dimensions, because on a building-scale membrane every fitting must repeat across thousands of meters. The hardware does the structural work of holding the fabric in its designed form and weather-sealing its edges, while remaining visually quiet so the architecture reads as a clean surface.
Because architectural fabric projects are large and delivered in phases, we run the hardware as production batches on fixed tooling. Raw stainless sheet and tube are pre-locked, laser nests are optimized, and bending and welding parameters are held constant, with the triple-inspection system applied to each batch. The buyer gets fitting after fitting of the same dimension and weld quality, so a long facade assembles without mismatched parts and later phases match the first. Repeat orders come off the documented setup with shorter lead times and volume discounts are available for large quantities.

Custom Dimensions & Specifications |
Non-standard product - all dimensions, tolerances and finishes are manufactured to customer drawings and customized per project requirements |
Applications
Landmark tensile facades. A coordinated hardware system lets a large fabric facade read as one clean surface, with clamps and nodes hidden into the edge detail.
Roof canopies over public spaces. Repeated base shoes and clamps support wide spans of fabric, with consistent parts speeding installation over large areas.
Permanent membrane buildings. Stainless construction resists long-term outdoor exposure, so the hardware outlasts routine fabric maintenance cycles.
Customization
We adjust dimensions, stainless grade, finish and hole layout to your architectural drawings, support OEM packaging, and accept mixed fitting types in one order.
Packaging & Transportation
All parts are wrapped with custom EPE foam to protect corners and surfaces, then packed in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates for safe international shipment. Trade terms: EXW and FOB.
FAQ
Q: What is your lead time and capacity?
A: Standard products: 15–20 days. Custom products: 20–25 days. Monthly capacity: 30 tons. Lead times are shorter for repeat orders.
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
A: Yes, volume-based discounts are negotiable.
Q: How do you control product quality?
A: We use a triple-inspection system (self, mutual, and specialized QC). This includes raw material verification, process monitoring (laser cutting, bending, welding), and 100% final dimensional checks against 3D drawings.
