Tensile structure corner fittings are the multi-plate nodes used where two or more membrane edges, cables and steel members meet at a corner - the high-stress point of a tensile roof. The fitting is a welded, laser-cut stainless assembly: a main node plate with drilled holes for each incoming cable, edge clamp or bracket, plus gussets to carry the concentrated load. At a corner the forces of several edges meet at once, so the plate thickness, hole layout and weld group are what keep the node from punching through the membrane. It is the engineered meeting point of a tensile structure.

The laser cutter sets the node plate profile and hole coordinates, the welding robot builds the gussets, and precision machining finishes every bolt bore. Applications
Roof corners where membrane edges meet. The node gathers several edge forces into one thick plate, preventing the local tear that corners are prone to.
Cable crossover points on sails. Drilled holes for each incoming cable let a sail corner pull in several directions at once without bunching.
Column head corners. Gusseted nodes transfer corner loads into the column head, with consistent welds for predictable strength.

Packaging & Transportation
All parts are wrapped with custom EPE foam to protect corners and surfaces, then packed in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates for safe international shipment. Trade terms: EXW and FOB.
