Membrane edge termination hardware is the set that finishes off a membrane edge where it meets a rigid structure — a gutter, a wall or a beam. It combines a pressure bar, a perimeter cable and the cable end fittings so the membrane edge is clamped and anchored in one assembly. The bar presses the fabric, the cable takes the tension, and the end fittings tie both into the structure. Because the edge length, curve and anchor positions follow the architecture on your drawings, we engineer and fabricate the termination set to those coordinates: the bar is cut and bent to the edge profile, the cable end fittings are machined to the specified thread, and the anchor plates are drilled to your fixing layout. We support a sample or prototype section so you can trial-fit the bar, cable and fittings before the full production run. The buyer receives a matched edge set that drops onto the gutter or wall - no on-site welding, no guessing lengths - which is the difference between a clean weather edge and a leaking one.

Applications

Membrane edges over gutters. The termination clamps the fabric edge into a neat line over the gutter, keeping rain out instead of letting the edge flap.

Wall-fixed membrane edges. Anchor plates fix the termination to a steel wall rail, converting a flexible edge into a rigid, sealed boundary.

Curved eaves. Bent bars follow the eave curve so the membrane terminates evenly instead of bunching or wavy.

Customization

We customize edge length, bar section, bend radius, cable size, end fittings and anchor hole pattern to your drawings. Samples/prototypes and OEM/ODM supported.

Packaging & Transportation

All parts are wrapped with custom EPE foam to protect corners and surfaces, then packed in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates for safe international shipment. Trade terms: EXW and FOB.
