Membrane clamping plates are flat stainless bars bolted down over a membrane edge or a perimeter cable to press the fabric against a base channel or steel frame. The plate is laser-cut to length, with holes drilled on a fixed pitch, and its edges are deburred so it never cuts the coated cloth. Between the plate and the membrane the clamping load is spread over the full bar width rather than concentrated at bolts, which is how a long edge stays sealed and tensioned without local tears. Plates are used wherever a straight or curved edge must be anchored rigidly - at gutter lines, wall fixes and beam edges.
Because each project's edge length, curve and bolt pitch differ, we manufacture the plates directly from your drawings: the laser cutter sets the plate length and hole positions, and the bending press forms any curved plates to the project radius. We support a prototype or sample batch so you can check the hole pitch against your frame drilling before the full run. For the buyer this means plates that arrive pre-drilled to your structure - no on-site cutting, no mismatched holes - which turns a slow edge-clamping job into a straightforward bolting operation.

Applications
Straight eave and gutter edges. A continuous drilled plate presses the fabric evenly along the whole length, giving a weather-sealed straight edge.
Curved canopy edges. Bent-to-radius plates follow the canopy curve so the membrane tension is uniform instead of wavy.
Wall-fixed membrane edges. The plate bolts the fabric edge directly to a steel wall rail, eliminating a separate clamping step on site.
Customization
We cut plate length, width, thickness, curve radius, hole pitch and size, and stainless grade to your drawing. Samples/prototypes supported; OEM/ODM available.
Packaging & Transportation
All parts are wrapped with custom EPE foam to protect corners and surfaces, then packed in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates for safe international shipment. Trade terms: EXW and FOB.
