Tensile fabric clamps secure the edge of coated woven fabrics - PVC, PVDF or PTFE architectural membranes - along steel cables and perimeter frames. Each clamp is a formed stainless body with a smooth inner seat that follows the fabric edge, bolted shut to hold the cloth without a hole. The forming radius and contact face are the key design points: they avoid the stress concentrations that cause coated fabric to delaminate or tear at the grip. Clamps are spaced along the edge per the membrane's load calculation, and they transfer the pull from fabric to cable or steelwork while letting the skin slide slightly during thermal movement.
Because architectural fabrics differ in coating, thickness and elasticity, we customize both the material grade and the clamp structure to match. You can specify austenitic stainless for outdoor exposure and set the formed radius, seat width and bolt count per clamp; our laser cutting, bending and welding lines produce the body to that geometry. We can also alter the inner contact face so a softer PTFE or a heavier PVC coat is gripped without damage. That material-plus-structure tailoring is what makes the clamp hold your specific fabric for years instead of slipping or cutting it.

Applications
PTFE-coated glass-fiber roofs. A wider, smoother contact seat spreads pressure so the glass-fiber weave is not crushed at the grip, preserving the coating.
PVDF PVC facades. Formed body follows the frame edge and clamps in a line, avoiding local holes that would leak water in a vertical facade.
Retractable and sliding fabric roofs. The clamp holds the fabric edge to the trailing cable, allowing controlled movement as the roof opens and closes.
Customization
We tailor stainless grade, formed radius, seat width, bolt count and spacing, and inner contact treatment to your fabric spec. Drawings and samples are accepted; OEM/ODM supported.
Packaging & Transportation
All parts are wrapped with custom EPE foam to protect corners and surfaces, then packed in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates for safe international shipment. Trade terms: EXW and FOB.
FAQ
Q: Do you accept 3rd-party inspections?
A: Yes, we accept third-party inspections and perform 100% inspection before packing if required.
Q: How do you control product quality?
A: We use a triple-inspection system (self, mutual, and specialized QC). This includes raw material verification, process monitoring (laser cutting, bending, welding), and 100% final dimensional checks against 3D drawings.
Q: How are products packaged for export?
A: We use custom EPE foam protection for corners/surfaces and pack items in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates to ensure international shipping safety.
