ETFE clamping system components are the individual metal parts that make up a complete ETFE clamping assembly - the pressure plates, wedge bars, bolt sets and end caps that hold the foil into the supporting profile. Each component is machined or formed from stainless to a tight tolerance, because the whole system only seals when every part repeats to the same dimension: a plate that is too thick bows the wedge, a bolt hole off pitch leaves a gap. The parts are designed with smooth, radiused contact surfaces so the thin ETFE is clamped evenly across its width. They are supplied as a matched set to a profile manufacturer's or contractor's assembly detail.
Because an ETFE clamping system must seal and repeat across hundreds of meters of facade, we customize both the material and the component structure to the profile. You specify the stainless grade and the plate thickness, wedge shape and bolt pitch to match your aluminum extrusion; our precision machining and laser lines hold tight tolerances on every part. We can also adjust the contact face geometry so the wedge presses the foil uniformly instead of at corners. That material-plus-structure tailoring is what makes the components interchangeable within one system - so replacement parts fit without reworking the profile.

Applications
Repeatable ETFE facade grids. Tolerance-matched plates and wedges repeat across every bay, so the seal is consistent over a long grid instead of leaking at random bays.
Refurbishment of existing ETFE facades. Components made to the existing profile dimensions let contractors replace worn clamps without changing the aluminum extrusion.
High-pressure air cushion systems. Even, full-width clamping maintains the air-tight edge that cushion inflation depends on.
Customization
We customize stainless grade, plate thickness, wedge geometry, bolt pitch and end-cap form to your profile detail. OEM/ODM and matched sets are supported; samples available.
Packaging & Transportation
All parts are wrapped with custom EPE foam to protect corners and surfaces, then packed in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates for safe international shipment. Trade terms: EXW and FOB.
