Custom cable connection brackets are the welded or bolted stainless plates that anchor tensioned cables to the primary structure — a wall, column, beam or node. Each bracket takes the form needed for the load path: an eye plate for a thimble, a clevis fork for a cable terminal, or a gusseted base plate bolted to concrete or steel. The bracket is laser-cut from plate, bent or welded into shape, and machined with a pin hole sized for the specified cable fitting. Its job is to transfer the cable tension safely into the structure while fixing the cable's exact anchor point in space — geometry that varies on every tensile project.

Because the anchor geometry and load path differ from project to project, we build each bracket from your structural drawings rather than from a standard range. The laser cutter and welding robot produce the plate, gussets and pin hole to your coordinates, and precision machining finishes the bore so the cable terminal seats cleanly. We support a prototype or sample bracket for site fit-up before the full order. Applications

Cable-supported canopies and shade sails. Brackets fix the exact sail anchor point to walls and columns, and the sized pin hole accepts the specified cable terminal.

Bridge and pedestrian walkway cable stays. Gusseted brackets transfer stay-cable tension into the deck or pylon, sized to the load path on the drawings.

Facade tension rod systems. Custom eye plates let the tension rod tie into the building slab edge at the exact angle the facade requires.

Customization

We manufacture to your drawings: bracket geometry, plate thickness, pin hole size, gusset layout, stainless grade and finish. Prototypes/samples and OEM/ODM are supported.

Packaging & Transportation

All parts are wrapped with custom EPE foam to protect corners and surfaces, then packed in sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crates or galvanized steel crates for safe international shipment. Trade terms: EXW and FOB.
