Project Background: During maintenance of the T2 baggage conveyor line at Baiyun International Airport, removing and replacing drive wheels required significant labor hours. After thorough analysis, we developed a modular dual-groove drive wheel design that securely attaches to the main shaft via snap-fit mechanisms, achieving seamless installation. This innovation reduced setup time from 3 hours per set to just 30 minutes, earning high praise from clients.
After analysis and considering the driving requirements at the site, we will adopt a modular drive system with standardized components that can be freely combined. This design prevents on-site mixing, significantly reducing installation time, improving maintenance efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations during the Spring Festival travel rush.
