Design of leachate recovery tank for waste incineration treatment plant

Mar 26, 2026 Leave a message

During the pretreatment stage of waste incineration plants, large quantities of waste are piled up, resulting in significant leachate leakage that adversely affects the environment. Since it is necessary to simultaneously recover waste liquids and exhaust gases, a dedicated recovery system must be designed.

Through on-site consultations and analysis of the client's production processes and product characteristics, we drilled holes in the main pipeline and installed basket-type filters to effectively isolate waste residues and prevent drainage contamination. A three-stage filtration sedimentation tank was installed downstream to address wastewater leakage issues. An exhaust system was designed at the top of the sedimentation tank to directly recapture odorous gases and return them to the activated carbon main pipeline.
