The shoe-changing area in Customer Production Workshop 1 experienced excessive shoe accumulation and poor air circulation due to the original shoe cabinets lacking ventilation systems. To address this issue, specially designed ventilated shoe cabinets were implemented to resolve the air pollution problem in the designated area.
The ventilation shoe cabinet is constructed with 304 stainless steel and features an inner and outer compartment design. The inner compartment is equipped with laminar airflow supply (HEPA filtration) to maintain positive pressure and cleanliness, while the outer compartment incorporates an exhaust system for scheduled forced ventilation. It is internally fitted with a UV sterilization lamp. The surface welds are polished to eliminate hygiene dead zones, complying with GMP standards.
The final project was successfully delivered and installed within 15 days, completely resolving the issue of poor air quality.
