The existing steam pipelines of BeOne required the addition of pressure relief valves. However, due to limited on-site installation conditions and location constraints, our company was invited to perform offline prefabricated installation, which has resolved the sterilization requirements during production.
After on-site investigation confirmed the impossibility of installation, our engineers conducted measurements and BIM model planning. The final prefabrication was performed in-house, with strict adherence to ASME BPE operational guidelines for automated welding and testing installation due to stringent process requirements.
Results and Implications: Through endoscopic inspection, the welds and construction documentation fully met all requirements, successfully passing verification and delivery.
