The project employs 316 stainless steel for the fastener. The key requirement is to ensure that the yield strength strictly complies with the client's specifications. Through design and validation, its performance has fully met the stress strength requirements for structural applications.



To simultaneously meet stringent stress yield requirements and subsequent machining demands, we implemented specialized forging, quenching, and tempering processes for precise material control. This approach achieved an optimal balance between material strength and machinability, resulting in a successful project delivery and seamless installation assistance. The solution not only significantly reduced project costs for the client but also substantially enhanced operational efficiency, realizing dual optimization of cost-effectiveness and performance.
