Baggage Handling System Modules

Baggage handling system modules are the pre-engineered sub-assemblies of machined hardware – pulley stations, wheel banks, shaft assemblies and mounting brackets – that together form a functional section of a conveyor line. Rather than a single loose part, a module groups the machined components that belong to one station, so the buyer receives a coordinated set rather than pieces to fit on site. Our machine shop turns, mills and drills each component to drawing tolerance and assembles the matching interfaces, so the module bolts onto the existing frame as one unit. In a live airport, module-level supply matters because maintenance windows are short: a complete, dimensionally checked module can be swapped in and the line returned to service fast, instead of waiting for individual parts to arrive and be trial-fitted. The result is lower installation labor and fewer jam events caused by mismatched component geometry.

Modules are inherently engineered-to-order, which is why we build them through OEM/ODM and drawing-based production. You define the station function and interface, and our team develops the component set, confirms a sample, then produces the module as a matched batch. For integrators and maintenance contractors, the procurement value is a single-shop responsibility: one drawing release, one quality check against 3D drawings, and modules that arrive ready to install rather than a bag of uncoordinated pieces.

New conveyor line build-out: Integrators can procure pre-machined module sets to populate a new line, reducing on-site fabrication and fitting time.

Line extension or hall expansion: Adding capacity means repeating proven stations; drawing-produced modules reproduce the existing geometry exactly.

Rapid fault swap-out: When a station fails, a pre-built module lets maintenance swap the whole assembly inside a limited window instead of replacing parts one by one.

Modules are built to your drawing or prototype: component list, mounting interface and assembly arrangement are defined by you. OEM/ODM is supported, mixed-model orders are accepted, and the approved sample (7–15 days) governs production.

Each part is first protected with custom-cut EPE foam covering corners and machined surfaces, then packed into a sturdy, fumigation-free plywood crate or a galvanized steel crate, selected by part size and weight. This packaging is built for export handling and international transit so machined surfaces arrive undamaged. We trade under EXW and FOB terms.
