Quality Control
For stainless steel trench grating, drainage function and installation fit must be checked carefully. We inspect width, length, opening layout, surface finish, edge treatment, welding condition, and flatness before shipment. If the order includes multiple sections, we can mark panels according to sequence.
Our factory follows self-inspection, mutual inspection, and QC final inspection. Third-party inspection is accepted, and 100% inspection before packing can be arranged if required. ISO9001 management helps us keep process control stable.
Packaging & Delivery
Trench grating usually has long edges and visible stainless steel surfaces, so packaging must prevent scratching and bending. We use EPE foam, corner guards, protective wrapping, wooden cases, or steel frame packing according to product size and order weight.
Standard products usually take 15-20 days, while customized products usually take 20-25 days. We can provide weekly photos or videos during production and packing, making the order process more visible for overseas customers.
Payment Terms
We support EXW and FOB trade terms. Regular orders usually follow 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment. Customized orders usually follow 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment. We accept USD and CNY, and large-volume orders can be discussed based on quantity and material cost.
