Customization Capability

Custom sample development usually takes 7-15 days. During this stage, we check the grating outline, cut-out position, frame direction, support edge, and surface finish. Once the sample is confirmed, bulk production can follow the approved sample to ensure consistency.

Our Guangzhou factory covers about 3000㎡ and includes laser cutting, welding, machining, assembly, and storage areas. The workshop height of about 8.3 meters supports larger metal components and project-based production. For irregular grating, internal processing capability helps us react faster when drawings need adjustment.

Packaging & Delivery
Irregular grating needs careful packaging because shaped edges and corners are more vulnerable during shipping. We can use EPE foam, corner protection, fixed supports, wooden cases, or steel frame packaging depending on weight and product shape.
Standard products usually take 15-20 days, while customized products usually take 20-25 days. We can provide weekly production updates with photos or videos, especially for cutting, welding, trial fitting, and packing.
