Factory Strength
We operate from a modern 3000㎡ factory in Guangzhou with approximately 40 team members and an internal R&D team. This layout allows us to control the full process from raw material preparation to finished product inspection.

Before production, our engineers confirm drawings, bearing direction, fixing method, hole position, surface finish, and packaging requirements. Standard products usually take 15-20 days, while custom-made products usually take 20-25 days. For repeat orders, the lead time can be faster because drawings and process data are already confirmed.

Quality control starts from material selection. We check material certificates when required and confirm whether the selected metal matches the working environment. During cutting, bending, welding, and finishing, operators perform self-inspection, followed by process inspection and final QC inspection.
