Stainless steel cable end fittings are the terminal hardware that screws or swages onto the end of a tensioned steel cable - forks, eyes, threaded studs and thimbles that let the cable connect to a bracket or turnbuckle. Each fitting is precision-machined from stainless bar and forged or formed where load demands it, with threads and pin holes cut to the cable's diameter. The fitting carries the full cable tension, so material quality and thread engagement are the critical design points. They are the link between a flexible cable and the rigid anchor at each end of a tensile structure.
Because the fitting must match the exact cable diameter, thread and environment, we customize both the material grade and the end geometry. You can specify stainless grade – 304 for general outdoor use, 316L for coastal or corrosive air – and choose fork, eye or stud form, thread size and pin bore. Our CNC turning, milling and drilling lines machine each fitting to that spec, and we can produce matched sets for a whole cable run. That material-plus-geometry control means the fitting threads and seats your cable exactly, instead of forcing you to adapt a stock terminal to a non-standard cable.
